A rotary cup filling machine designed for filling capacities of .25 ounces to 10 ounces. It automatically dispenses containers, fills product and applies a tamper-evident seal.
Previously used to fill cups with parmesan and/or chili flakes.
Current tooling is for 2″ diameter cups.
Includes control box, cup dispenser, pneumatic filler, pre-cut lid magazine and heat seal stations.
Auto ejection to conveyor. Belt: 30.75″L x 3″W
Needs a product infeed hopper.
