The BEMATO MOH2000.120.9 Heavy Duty Oil Country Lathe is engineered for large-diameter, long-length turning applications commonly found in oil & gas, energy, and heavy industrial manufacturing. Built with a 1,000 mm center height and an impressive 1,975 mm swing over bed, this machine is designed to handle oversized workpieces with exceptional stability and rigidity. Its 800 mm wide hardened and ground bed, combined with a no-gap structure for extended bed lengths, ensures consistent accuracy and structural integrity even over long machining distances.

Designed for large pipe and shaft machining, the MOH2000 features a Ø230 mm spindle bore with an A2-15 spindle nose, allowing it to accommodate large-diameter workpieces and oil country tubular goods with ease. The 30 HP main spindle motor delivers strong torque across a 6–400 rpm speed range, making it suitable for heavy roughing and controlled finishing operations. Precision threading capabilities are supported with a wide selection of metric and inch threading ranges, while hardened guideways and precision lead screws ensure smooth and reliable longitudinal and cross feeds.

The machine is equipped with a heavy-duty MT#7 tailstock, featuring a Ø200 mm quill diameter and 300 mm quill travel, providing robust support for long workpieces during machining.
