Vibratory Conveyor with Spray Nozzles
No brand on vibratory feeder motors
Water / spray drips into catch pans and is recirculated
Needs pump and balance tank for sprayers and recirculation
One spray nozzle on the top pan and 2 spray nozzles on the lower pan
Limit switch turns off the upper pan when too much product is fed into the lower pan
There is a product gate to control flow of the product into the lower pan but it was not installed previously and will require some minor fabrication to use.
