This 30-gallon tilting steam kettle features a 316 stainless steel double-wall interior that forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle, allowing for quick and even heating. Thermostatic control ensures precision, making it ideal for cooking soups, sauces, gravies, rice, meats, and more. The crank tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt past 90° for complete emptying. Built for performance with a propane gas connection and heavy-duty construction.
