Powered by a Nord 0.25 hp helical gearmotor.
PROCESS:
Opens the bag
Receives product from scale or volumetric feeder
Seals the bag with an integral heat sealer
Discharges finished bag onto the conveyor
Bag type: wicketted, material: LDPE, thickness: 1-6 mils
Bag size range – min width: 9″, max width: 18″, max length: 28″
Production capacity up to 20 bags per minute.
Air requirement: 3 CFM @ 80 psi
