Electric stainless steel kettle with 2/3 jacket and manual crank tilt.
Kettle was designed with a steam jacket rated at a MAWP of 50 psi at 300°F. However, at it’s current state, the jacket will not hold pressure.
Kettle: 29.5″ diameter x 24″ deep, volume: 60 gallons
Pouring lip: 23.5″W
Comes with 36″ diameter lid not meant for this kettle.
