The grape destemmer is best suited for a production facility in a winery.
Destemming rate: 8 tons/hr
PROCESS:
Grapes load into the infeed hopper and enter the horizontal drum
Rotating beaters destem the grapes.
Destemmed grapes drop through cage to bottom hopper
Stems exit the drum and down the discharge chute
Infeed hopper: 26″L x 30.5″W x 19″D
Drum: 48″L x 17″ diameter
Beater ‘fingers’: 7″L
Cage with 1.25″ holes, extra cage has 0.875″ holes.
Bottom hopper: 24″L x 3.75″W
Stem discharge chute: 37″L x 12″W
