Urania PouchPro Pouch Handling System

The
PouchPro
processes any type of flat pouch using a four-position indexing system and vacuum technology. It uses a “double-out” configuration so it can process 2 pouches at a time.
The vertical pouch magazine holds approx 1,000 pouches each side (for double-out).
The four-position indexer uses pick-up plates to cycle each pouch through 90 degrees of rotation per cycle. For example: position #1 is used to remove a pouch from the magazine, and positions #2 through #4 are for other operations as required by the customer.
Conveyor belts: 33″L x 2″W, 35″L x 1″W
Comes with a Baldor 1/17 hp industrial motor, a Gast vacuum pump, and Nordgren filter regulator lubricator.
