Encruster with Panning Machine
Multi-function filling machine with high speed, lightness, easy operation and cleaning. This unit was previously set up and run in an R&D capacity. It was not used in full production but has been fully tested. It was set up to make buns with a cheese and meat filling.
Used for baking bread, cakes, biscuits, pastries, and the meat/fish slurry processing.
