The Berkel 827 manual gravity-feed meat slicer has a carbon steel blade with built-in sharpener. The tapered guard covers non-slicing portion of the knife. A 45° table makes product feed easier, creating more consistent and uniform slices.
Ideal for oversize meats, cheeses and a variety of other products.
