This high-capacity propane-heated baking oven is designed to handle large-scale production with precision and consistency. The interior measures 96″ long x 39.5″ wide x 49.5″ high, accommodating up to three trolleys, each holding 16 trays (2 per level). The trays measure 34.75″ L x 14″ W x 1.5″ D, allowing room for up to 106 long loaf pans, making it especially suitable for bread lines.
Originally used in a pumpernickel bread production line, this oven operates on propane with a manifold pressure of 5" W.C. and an input range of 65M–220M BTU/h. It reaches a maximum temperature of 250°C (482°F) and operates at a maximum pressure of 0.02 bar (0.3 psi).
