The K40EL 2081 steam-jacketed stationary kettle from Vulcan features a 40-gallon capacity with both gallon and liter markings on the kettle's interior. The kettle is rated for 50 psi operation and includes a pressure relief valve and a vacuum/pressure gauge so operators can keep an eye on the kettle's conditions. Its solid-state temperature control dial and power switch are housed in a rugged, waterproof enclosure to protect vital electronic components.
