The Vulcan K6ETT countertop steam kettle has a 6-gallon capacity and convenient, internal measuring marks. Operators can add contents using the markings and, if a faucet is mounted, they can add water quickly to the interior when necessary. The unit has simple controls, including a power switch, temperature knob, and manual tilt handle. Lights indicate when the unit is on, when it is heating up, and when its jacket runs low on water. The jacket is a hollow, water-filled area in the kettle walls. When the unit gets hot, this water becomes steam that cooks food from the sides for even cooking.
Once cooked, food can be poured out using the handle. This Vulcan K6ETT tilting steam kettle has a stable base and a butterfly-shaped lip to reduce splatter. The kettle can lock into a 100-degree position with the locking mechanism, ensuring contents are emptied completely. This position also works great when cleaning the unit. Its welded, stainless steel construction is both durable and simple to clean.
