Bar-Box Diefold Wrappers
IMA3705

Reconditioned IMA BFB 3705, overwrapper for overwrapping parallelepiped cosmetic and personal care products. The BFB 3705 is a high-speed machine suitable for single and/or multipack configurations on one layer. It works with cellophane, PVC, PP, and other reel-fed, heat-sealable films. The BFB 3705 overwrapper delivers outstanding performance in overwrapping both individual and multiple parallelepiped packs. All mechanical movements are enclosed within an oil-tight frame, while the servo-driven main motor ensures smooth, continuous operation without sudden stop-and-go motions. Format changeovers are quick and straightforward thanks to the use of pre-assembled, pre-set units, helping to minimize downtime.

elevator plate to lift up the required number of products
product pusher suitable for high speed
pocket star-wheel to wrap the film around the products (8 pockets)
double sealing station for the transversal seal
folding box for tight wrap
lateral belt exit in PTFE for film heatsealing at high speed, with independent driving motor and adjustable speed
Special toothed chain to take the bundles out of the wrapping starwheel.
