Overview
Description
The stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior of the Vulcan ARS72 Achiever chef base with drawers resist denting, scratching, and rusting in demanding kitchen settings. Four drawers hold 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans and glide on 14-gauge stainless steel slides with 2-inch diameter rollers. Each drawer self-closes to retain cold air but remains open for loading when needed.
The self-contained refrigeration system is left-mounted and front-breathing to support installation flush against other equipment. This configuration eliminates the need for external plumbing and allows easier service access. The Vulcan ARS72 Achiever chef base with drawers uses R404A refrigerant to maintain a temperature range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and includes an INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor with digital controls and alerts.
