Vulcan VBP7LL 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (15) Pan Capacity, 120v

Ideal for kitchens or catering events with limited space, the Vulcan VBP7LL holding and transport cabinet measures 27 1/4 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 39 inches high. Lined with fixed, lip-load slides, it accommodates (15) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Its reach-in layout provides direct access to food pans, and side-mounted push handles simplify moving the unit. Its exterior and interior have a 20-gauge stainless steel construction that resists rust and corrosion, and it's mounted on 5-inch casters; two are rigid, while the other two swivel and brake.
The Vulcan VBP7LL heated cabinet generates heat as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit to hold prepared food prior to serving. To ensure food is warmed uniformly, the heated cabinet's blower motor circulates air gently throughout the cabinet. Users can adjust the knob-actuated electronic control to manipulate temperatures as needed, and its digital display is easy to read. Because the side walls and top are insulated, temperatures are unlikely to fluctuate when the cabinet is stored in warm or cool environments.
