Durable for heavy-duty use, the Vulcan VPT15SL full-height mobile heated cabinet is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the frame is constructed of integrated steel. With doors built onto both sides of the cabinet, this unit has a pass-thru design that facilitates quick retrieval of food pans. The six shelves provide space for a variety of finished products, and overall, this unit measures 27 inches wide by 34 1/2 inches deep by 66 1/2 inches high.
The Vulcan VPT15SL pass-thru heated cabinet reaches temperatures as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit for efficient product holding. To ensure even food heating, a forced-air blower effectively circulates air. The solid Dutch doors are sealed tightly with magnetic gaskets to prevent heat from leaking, and to further retain heat and energy, the cabinet is fully insulated.
