Description
The Vulcan VPT7LL mobile heated cabinet can accommodate (15) 18-inch by 26-inch by 1-inch pans. Its fixed lip-load racking can be adjusted to suit a range of product types. Designed as a pass-thru unit, this cabinet has doors on both sides to streamline quick food pan access. Magnetic gaskets on the doors as well as full cabinet insulation reduce the risk of unwanted temperature fluctuations to keep food warm until it's served. The temperature can be adjusted as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit, while a forced-air blower circulates warm air for even heating.
Great for establishments wanting a holding area between prep and service areas or needing to transport food to customers in banquet halls, the Vulcan VPT7LL half-height insulated heated cabinet is equipped with 5-inch casters. Brakes on two of the casters stabilize the cabinet while product is loaded and retrieved. While mobile, employees can utilize the side-mounted push handles to maneuver it and control it as needed.
