Because it's fully insulated, the Vulcan VPT7SL pass-thru mobile heated cabinet preserves heat and energy to prevent unwanted temperature fluctuations. Warm air is circulated evenly using a forced-air blower, while an analog thermometer enables temperature adjustment as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is made of stainless steela€”a durable metal that won't rust, corrode, warp, or denta€”and its frame has an integrated steel construction for additional strength.
The Vulcan VPT7SL half-height heated cabinet has three shelves that are adjustable to suit a range of needs. This 27-inch-wide by 34 1/2-inch-deep by 40-inch-high structure is fitted with 5-inch casters for transportation from the kitchen to customers in banquet halls and at catered events. Handles are mounted to each side of the cabinet to enable full user control during transport.
