Description
To enable uniform air circulation, the Vulcan VHP7 insulated heated cabinet operates using a blower motor, and the temperature can be adjusted as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit on a dial thermostat. The recessed control panel prevents accidental changes and is equipped with a thermometer readout and indicator lights that illuminate when the cabinet is on. Equipped with 5-inch casters and side-mounted handles, this unit is mobile and simple to maneuver, streamlining service to customers in a banquet hall or at catered events.
The Vulcan VHP7 half-height mobile heated cabinet has 3-inch on-center fixed racks that accommodate seven 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1/2-inch steam table pans. To retain heat and energy, the cabinet is fully insulated. This unit is built with a strong integrated steel frame and is constructed of durable stainless steel that won't rust or corrode. Its solid Dutch door is sealed tight with a magnetic gasket to prevent heat from seeping out.
