Description
The Vulcan VACB25 charbroiler is constructed for lasting use with a fully welded, stainless steel exterior, cast iron radiants, and diamond grates. Since the unit uses radiants, it facilitates cleaning, and each of the four broiler grates has a single burner for consistent heating. Burners have their own separate heat control valve to cook items at different temperatures at the same time, and dividers reduce heat transfer between the burners. It can be ignited with a standing pilot, while the deflector tray keeps the grease drawer cool to reduce the risk of burns. The Vulcan VACB25 charbroiler has 4-inch legs that adjust for placement on uneven surfaces.
