The Vulcan VCBB24B V-series heavy-duty natural-gas-powered range's 24-inch-wide charbroiler is ideal for searing vegetables and grilling chicken and steak. Its four burners each output 16,250 BTUs and have individual pilot lights and controls for precise adjustment along the charbroiler's surface. While its integrated char radiants direct heat toward the surface, its stainless steel supercharger dividers enhance uniformity in heating. Its four cast iron grates are slanted so fat can drain from the protein and are removable for quick cleanup. In total, this unit can output 65,000 BTUs per hour.
The Vulcan VCBB24B commercial range features a storage base that can accommodate food pans on its universal rack guides in addition to ingredients and supplies on its removable shelf. To secure contents in place and establish a clean, professional appearance, a stainless steel door conceals the base. Capable of surviving daily back-of-house use, this unit's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of dent-, scratch-, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To conserve space in small kitchens, this unit measures 24 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 40 3/4 inches high overall and is positioned on 6-inch legs that can be raised or lowered to level it on uneven flooring.
