This unit has a high-end temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheated grates or the combia€™s pan racks can be used to grill and mark meats. The combination mode in this unit combines the short cooking times and minimal shrinkage of steam cooking with the appetizing color and aroma of hot air cooking by using superheated steam that is around 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
