Description
The Vulcan VC44ED double convection oven has two 29-inch-by-22 1/8-inch-by-20-inch oven cavities. The interior surfaces have a porcelain enamel to help release baked-on product, providing a simple cleaning process. The top, bottom, rear, sides, and doors are insulated to keep the heat inside the cavities. Five racks for each oven section are included and can be adjusted to 11 positions for various results. The ovens rapidly cool down after use thanks to a cool down switch. The independently operated doors have double-pane windows, providing a view of product without releasing heat. The Vulcan VC44ED full-size convection oven has two 1/2 horsepower motors that operate at two speeds.
