Operating with computer controls, the Vulcan VC66EC double full-size convection oven includes a 99-hour timer and 100 programmable menu selections. An audible alarm sounds when food is done cooking, and the controls include readouts of the timer and current temperature. This unit includes two bakery-depth ovens that hold full-size pans in front-to-back or side-to-side configurations, and they each have five nickel-plated racks that can be adjusted in 11 different positions. For strength, the front, top, sides, and doors are made of stainless steel, and the interior of the ovens are porcelain enameled to streamline cleaning.
The Vulcan VC66EC double electric convection oven has double-pane windows so food can be monitored as it cooks. To brighten the interior, both decks have lights inside, and the doors open independently to reduce energy loss. When users need to clean the oven, they can flip the cool-down switch to quickly eliminate heat, shortening wait time between multiple rounds of baking. Insulation prevents heat loss to ensure food remains warm, and the ovens each operate with a blower motor to circulate air.
