The Vulcan VC6GC single-deck gas convection oven has a 29-inch-wide by 26 1/8-inch-deep by 20-inch-high interior, which is deeper than other Vulcan convection ovens to support high-volume loads. Ita€™s heated with a 50,000-BTU burner, and computer controls enable users to program as many as 100 menu selections for streamlined operation. Ita€™s furnished with five nickel-plated oven racks that measure 28 1/4 inches wide by 24 1/2 inches deep. Each of the racks can be positioned on one of the 11 rack guides and is secured in place with positive rack stops. Inside the oven, its porcelain enamel construction is smooth and easy to wipe down.
To withstand common wear, the Vulcan VC6GC single-deck convection ovena€™s front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel. Heat is retained through non-sagging insulation built into its top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors, and its two doors open separately to reduce heat loss. Double-paned windows are built into the doors, enabling users to peer into the oven to manage baking progress. Measuring 40 inches wide by 46 1/4 inches deep by 54 3/4 inches high, it sits atop 23 3/4-inch-high painted legs for stabilization.
