Good for bakeries and establishments serving high volumes of product, the Vulcan VC6GC single-deck gas convection ovena€™s interior is deeper than other Vulcan ovens. The porcelain enamel interior measures 29 inches wide by 26 1/8 inches deep by 20 inches high, and ita€™s furnished with five nickel-plated oven racks, each of which has a 28 1/4-inch wide by 24 1/2-inch-deep frame. Powered by natural gas, ita€™s heated with a 50,000-BTU burner, and it has an electronic spark igniter to kickstart operation. A two-speed, 1/2-horsepower oven blower motor helps move hot air around product, and the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors are insulated to retain heat for back-to-back use.
Users can streamline operation with the Vulcan VC6GC single-deck convection ovena€™s computer controls. Its digital time and temperature readouts are easy to read, and it has a 99-hour timer with an audible alarm. As many as 100 menu selections can be programmed to quicken the preparation process for baking certain foods. This oven has a 40-inch-wide by 46 1/4-inch-deep by 54 3/4-inch-high structure and is supported by 23 3/4-inch painted legs for stability. To supply direct access to product, it has two separately operating stainless steel doors that reduce heat loss when opened one at a time. They have built-in, double-paned windows, enabling users to check on food as it bakes.
