Description
The Vulcan VC4ED full-size convection oven comes with a user-friendly control panel. An amber light shows when the unit is on or off, while a white heat light lets the operator know if the heating elements are on. A large knob enables the user to adjust the temperature from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while air velocity can be set to high or low with the fan control knob. When preparing moist products, the moisture vent damper control can open the vent to release excess humidity.
There are five nickel-plate racks that adjust to 11 different positions, and the corrosion-resistant porcelain enamel simplifies cleaning. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is heavy duty for frequent use. Insulation is built into the unit for structure and to retain heat. Independently controlled doors have double pane glass for visibility into the cabinet without releasing warm air, and the Vulcan VC4ED electric convection oven uses solid sheath elements to heat the unit.
