To withstand common wear, the Vulcan VC44EC double-deck electric convection oven's front, sides, top, and legs are constructed of resilient stainless steel. Porcelain enamel integrated inside the two 29-inch-wide by 22 1/8-inch-deep by 20-inch-high ovens streamlines cleanup after use. For accessible oven interiors, its four doors open separately, reducing heat loss. Their double-pane windows provide a clear look inside the unit, and two interior lights are within each section. Overall, this 40-inch-wide by 42 1/4-inch-deep by 70-inch-high unit is supported by 8-inch-high legs.
To accommodate commercial loads, the Vulcan VC44EC electric convection oven includes five nickel-plated oven racks per section, measuring 28 1/4 inches wide by 20 1/2 inches deep. The ovens are heated by efficient, electric, solid-sheath elements, and a two-speed oven blower-motor moves air around for uniform heating. Users can program 100 menu items on the computer controls, which also display digital time and temperature readouts. During idle periods, the unit can be cooled quickly with the rapid cool-down switch.
