Description
The Vulcan 1VEG35M fryer has a 35- to 40-pound oil capacity in its 14-inch-by-14-inch tank. Two batches can be cooked in the tank simultaneously since it comes with twin fry baskets. These sit in a stainless steel basket hanger so oil can drip off product, and the door is reinforced to improve the structure. To keep it secured tightly to the frame, the door has a magnet. This Vulcan 1VEG35M fryer operates from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, while a hi-limit protection feature shuts off the combination valve and pilot if the unit gets too hot.
