One (1) used and rebuilt Model SP70L Thune Eureka horizontal screw press. T-316 stainless steel construction. Rated for approximately 300 TPD at 30% - 35% outlet consistency. Capacity and performance will vary according to the specific application. Perforation sizes 1.5 mm for inlet screen, pre-dewatering basket, compression basket, and high compression basket. Perforation size for screw is 1/2 mm. Rebuild details are available. 697mm screw diameter in compression section. Hansen 110 KW, Type RDK-31-AN-45 gear box. New clutch betweeen gearbox and screw press as recommended. This press can be used in a wide variety of processes, including mechanical, recycled and chemical pulping processes.
