Description
Used Hayssen Ultima 8-16 HPR (UD138) Twin Tube Vertical Form Fill Seal Bagger with Ishida CCW-RZ-216B-D/30-PB 16-head combination scale. This complete high-speed packaging system is capable of running up to 120 packages per minute (30–60 PPM per bagger).
The twin-tube configuration increases throughput while maintaining a compact footprint. The system includes vibratory transition feeders to the Ishida scale with dual discharge, 3.0-liter smooth buckets, and booster buckets for enhanced speed and efficiency.
Equipped with Allen Bradley CompactLogix L32E PLC and PanelView Plus 1000 HMI for operator-friendly controls and reliable automation.
