The 2016 International Baler Corporation NA-1295-48 Closed Door Baler is a refurbished model designed to handle various materials efficiently. It features a robust welded construction and a heavy-duty hydraulic system powered by a 30HP TEFC motor, ensuring durability and reliable performance. This baler is equipped with an integrated disconnect for safety lock-out/tag-out procedures and an adjustable striker for versatile operation.

With a feed opening of 42"W x 50"L, the baler can produce bales measuring 44"W x 36"T x 72"L, and a maximum bale weight of up to 1,600 lbs. The hydraulic system pressure reaches 2,800 PSI, and it delivers a total compaction force of 86,500 lbs, generating 54 PSI at the ram face. The baler is user-friendly with automatic cycling, easy bale tie-off, and is fitted with a PLC equipped electrical panel meeting UL standards.

Additional features include adjustable photocell control, a spring-loaded retractable bale retainer, and a safety release “Hydraulically Operated Clam-shell” door lock. It is accompanied by a reconditioned IBC CY 48265 infeed conveyor, featuring a 48" belt width and extending 22 feet long *for an additional price.
