Description
New 300 gallon triple motion high shear mix tank designed for demanding processing applications requiring heating, cooling, and high intensity agitation. Interior product contact surfaces are constructed of 316L stainless steel with #4 finish, while exterior non-contact surfaces are 304 stainless steel with #4 finish. The tank features a stainless steel side and bottom dimple jacket rated for 75 PSI and is ASME/NB code stamped. Insulated with 2 inch thick Rockwool for thermal efficiency. Equipped with top mounted triple motion agitation including high shear disperser, anchor sweep, and offset paddle agitator. Suitable for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing applications.
