The HG1003ARS has adopted a high-end press brake, dubbed HG-ATC, and equipped with a new hybrid drive system and a tool changer, capable of automatic setup for step bend layout. Material loading, material handling during bending & part unloading are all performed by a single 7-axis articulated robot, capable of various motions. The AMADA HG1003ARS system can bend complex-shaped parts without setups & can run for long hours.
