The Jainnher JHU-2706CNC is a precision CNC universal cylindrical grinder with a
(9.8") max grinding diameter and (23.6") length, featuring a 5HP (3.75kW) wheel motor, 0.001mm min setting unit, and hydrodynamic bearings. It is designed for high-accuracy grinding, achieving 2μm roundness.
Universal grinding machine-The wheel headstock provides 120° of swivel angle. And the worktable swivels 5°~ 11° CCW and 3°~6° CW tailstock sleeve movement is hydraulically operated for convenient workpiece loading and unloading.

PRECISION, RIGID SPINDLE
The grinding wheel spindle is supported by two special hydrodynamic bearings on the ends with five-point support, providing maximum rigidity and stability of spindle running. In case insufficient lubrication oil occurs, the spindle stops automatically to avoid wearing on the spindle and bearings.

SPECIAL VIBRATION ABSORBING DESIGN
The forced lubrication system of the grinding wheel spindle features vibration absorbing function. The oil film pressure, created by the hydrodynamic bearings, automatically absorbs vibration according to the current working condition.
