To lift 60” x 120” steel sheets that are up to 1.75” thick, from a stack to a cutting table,
and provide 100% removal of cut parts and skeleton of sheets which are 60” x 120”, we
are pleased to offer the following:
One (1) Eriez Air Powered, Full Coverage, Permanent Lift Magnet System
with the following specs:
-Overall Size: 60” x 120”
-Modular design with (2) 60”x60” units, can unhook 1 unit to be used
separately if desired
-3/16” thick stripper pan construction
-Dust Boot between magnet plate and stripper pan
-Steel Covers to protect pneumatic cylinders and plumbing
-Assembly to a single lift point
-Total max system lift capacity: 3,650lbs on 3/8” and thicker steel
Sheet, max thickness to be lifted is 1.75”
-All cylinders plumbed to a common manifold for one QD
connection point
-Estimated 3 CFM at 90 psi air pressure required
-Pendant controls to be supplied by others
-Estimated system weight: 5,850lbs.
