USED WEBER DS13.27

Used line for WPC (wood plastic composite) acoustic panels production. Line had been working on acustic panels with width 600 mm x length up to 6 m. Maximal possible width up to 900 mm.
Line consist of:
- Twin screw, co-rotating extruder by Weber (D) model DS 13.27. Machine has twin screws, each with diameter 130 mm. Working length LD = 27. Extruder is driven by el. motor 145 kW. Barrel has 12 heating zones, each with el. heaters 5.5 kW.
Includes Transi-Tec mixing and dosing device and unused spare barrel.
- Calibrating table by Techno-Plast with 4 pcs of vacuum pumps (each power 4 kW) and one blower with power 1.1 kW.
- Pull-off with a saw by Techno-Plast, driven with motor 5.7 kW

- ONI water cooling exchanger
