The Cartridge Filter Stationary Dual Arms system delivers high-performance welding smoke extraction for industrial environments that require uninterrupted duty cycles and dual-station filtration. With two flexible or boom arms and a 360° rotating, lighted capture hood with integrated damper, it ensures precise fume capture at the point of emission.
Equipped with KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges and a pressure-controlled rotating nozzle cleaning system, the unit provides surface filtration efficiency greater than 99.9% while minimizing compressed air consumption. A radial fan delivers 3,000 m³/h of airflow, while the system’s compact design integrates seamlessly into fabrication facilities, robotic welding bays, and continuous production settings.
The 11-liter dust container, 25-liter compressed air reservoir, and fully enclosed housing with silencer and control box all contribute to a robust, low-maintenance, OSHA-ready fume extraction solution.
