The Cartridge Filter Stationary Single Arm is a stationary welding fume filtration system designed for operations with high particulate loading and nonstop duty cycles. Engineered with KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges and automatic pressure-controlled cleaning via a rotating nozzle, this system ensures maximum filtration performance with minimal maintenance downtime.
It features a flexible or boom-mounted exhaust arm, available in lengths from 7 ft to 24 ft, connected to a radial fan that delivers up to 3,000 m³/h of airflow. The unit also includes a 360° rotating, lighted capture hood with damper, an 11-liter dust collection container, and a silenced housing. The system is built for durability and performance in heavy-duty industrial welding environments where reliable source capture is critical to air quality compliance and worker safety.
