The CartMaster (Wall Mounted Version) is a stationary cartridge filter unit certified for use with TEKA suction arms and cranes (DIN EN 21904-1/-2). With 99% separation efficiency, it meets W3 welding fume category requirements, making it suitable for high-alloy steel applications.
Designed for recirculating air operation, it complies with the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefstoffV) when used correctly. A high-capacity steel plate fan mounted atop the unit generates strong suction, maintaining high airflow even as the filter becomes loaded. The Power-Spray system extends filter life while minimizing compressed air consumption.
The efficient dust removal system funnels the particles released during the cleaning cycles into a dust collection bin for easy disposal. A baffle plate and factory-applied specialized coating protect the filter cartridges, extending their service life. For added stability, suction arms or cranes exceeding 5 meters in length require an additional wall-mounting bracket.
