The CartMaster Mobile Unit is a portable cartridge filter unit designed for IFA-certified welding fume extraction. With a high-capacity steel plate fan and automatic filter cleaning, it ensures consistent volumetric airflow while maintaining low maintenance operation in demanding environments.
The CartMaster Mobile Unit features a specially developed dedusting system that ensures optimal separation efficiency throughout its operation. The Power-Spray system offers the advantage of low maintenance construction without abrasion-susceptible rotating jets, as well as reduced dedusting pressure and compressed air consumption. Dedusted particles are efficiently collected in a dust collecting drawer for easy disposal. The control system also includes a subsequent cleaning function that activates when the fan stops, maintaining filter efficiency.
Constructed with a stable steel plate and continuous powder coating, the CartMaster IFA is designed for low maintenance operation even in rough industrial conditions. A baffle plate acts as a pre-separator for larger particles, while the BGIA M filter cartridge, with a 99% separation efficiency, removes remaining fumes and dust. This cartridge is factory-coated with a specialized filter medium, significantly extending its lifespan compared to standard cartridges. The unit is equipped with a high-capacity fan that generates strong negative pressure, ensuring a high volumetric flow even under challenging conditions. One of the key advantages of the CartMaster IFA is its user-friendly design, featuring maintenance doors for easy access to all control areas and low consequential costs due to the cartridge’s dedustable nature.
