The Filtoo Mobile Welding Fume Extractor is a compact and robust mobile extraction unit suitable for various dust types, including welding fumes, and is also appropriate for dental laboratories and restoration work. Its sturdy steel construction is powder-coated inside and out. The filter elements are easily accessible via a maintenance cover for quick removal and replacement. The unit features convenient controls and is certified according to DIN EN ISO 15012-1. It is tested and approved by the IFA for filter class W3 as a mobile suction unit (IFA Nr. 201020469/1140).
This unit is designed for separating smoke generated during cutting and joining processes on non-alloyed steel and high-alloyed chromium and nickel steels. Polluted air is drawn into the unit through the extraction hose and passes through a multi-level filter system, removing particles and gases. The cleaned air is then returned to the workspace through sound-dampening module grilles. The Filtoo is a plug-and-play system; only the arm needs to be connected before operation. The optional STAVO pre-separator minimizes the risk of filter ignition from sparks.
