The VarioCube IFA is a high-capacity, stationary welding fume extractor certified for W3-class applications. Designed for industrial environments like shipyards and fabrication halls, it supports up to 12 extraction points and features automatic filter cleaning via Siemens S7 control with Power-Spray technology.
The VarioCube IFA is a central cartridge filter system specifically designed for high-output welding environments such as shipbuilding and industrial fabrication. Its solid steel housing is factory-coated for durability and corrosion resistance, and the unit supports up to twelve simultaneous extraction points.
Equipped with a Power-Spray system and Siemens S7 control logic, the VarioCube delivers high-efficiency filtration with minimal compressed air usage and no rotating nozzles. Filter cartridges are factory-precoated with a specialized aid to extend service life and ensure optimal airflow performance.
The system includes full monitoring and signal controls for pressure levels, filter condition, dust collector status, and system faults. A Harting interface allows for external connection of a control unit for parameter customization.
