Forster’s clamping elements provide welders with precise, stepless positioning and seamless movement, enabling flexible and efficient 3D clamping adjustments.
All of our angles, clamping elements and clamping arms give the welder the opportunity to easily and steplessly reach all points on the table thanks to their special slot design. Stepless shifting and precise positioning is only possible with the cooperation of the groove in the table as Y-axis and the special slot cut-out in each clamping element, clamping arm and angle as X-axis. Each slot is exactly 100 mm long and serves as a bridge to cover the difference up to the next table slot.
Even while working, it is still possible to incorporate further clamping elements later with our rhombic groove stone, which can be inserted from the top into the T-slot to incorporate forgotten clamping elements later, without having to dismantle everything again. Is not intended to absorb large forces, but can give the welder the opportunity without major interruption later still use clamping elements.
