This dual agitation system includes a center-mounted scrape agitator and an off-center mixer-blender agitator, effectively ensuring thorough mixing and heating of contents.

The kettle's interior has a smooth number 180 finish, which facilitates easy cleaning, while the exterior features a semi-deluxe buff finish.
