General Specifications:

- Clamps, doors or frames (mortis/tenon or miter corner joints, etc.)
- Automatic cycle PLC controlled
- Automatically pins twice in each corner – adjustable spacing up to 1”
- Hold-downs at each corner to secure part for assured pinning
- Automatically releases finished part or parts
- Power set-up for both axis
- Set-up and clamping pressure separate for guaranteed accuracy
- Designed to accurately clamp square or rectangular frames or doors
- Construction can be coped, tongued & grooved, mortise & tenoned or
dowelled

CLAMPING:
- Size setup is kept separate from clamping for accuracy in clamping
- The machine is set to the exact size to be clamped, allowing the cylinders
to apply just enough thrust against the work piece to close the jointers –
but not enough to allow the cylinders to push the frame out of square,
warp or damage the ends
- Pressure shoe has full adjustment to accommodate varying widths
- Destaco units are adjustable for varying thickness of materials
- Guns can be swiveled to move in any direction
- Spacing between pins is adjustable
- .5 HP, 208-220/440/60/3 left/right clamp adjustment motor
- .75 HP, 208-220/440/60/3 up/down clamp adjustment motor

SETUP:
- Size change is accomplished with a motor-driven gear redactor and acme
screws. Each axis can be controlled individually or both simultaneously
