USED 2022 PPI CHALLENGER

The Ppi Challenger Starter Uncoiler Line is a 2022 model designed for efficient sheet metal fabrication, specifically capable of processing flat sheets, L-shape, and wrap-around style duct. The machine is engineered to produce duct blanks including flat blanks, “L” sections, and wrap duct blanks. It accommodates a maximum coil width of 60 inches and a material thickness capacity of up to 18 gauge. The coil line features two standard, motor and gear-driven un-coiler stations, each with a maximum coil capacity of approximately 12,000 lb. It includes beading capability, applying adjustable reinforcement beads on 12-inch centers, and supports notch styles for both slip and drive, and PPF/C ducts.
