BMSO 440 CDGS NC bandsaw is designed for fully automatic dual-miter cutting. The machine automatically rotates to both directions (+60° / –45°) and performs sequential opposite-angle cuts in any quantity you program. With its servo-driven feeding system, it provides continuous automatic cutting without operator intervention, delivering high precision and repeatable results in both straight and miter operations.

CGS model is a fully automatic machine with servo feeding and it is the ideal model for mass production and bundle cutting of solid material, tube and profile. Angular cutting is available between 0-60 degrees. The servo drive system can reduce the cutting tolerances to zero error. Servo feeding system with ball screw reduces cutting tolerances to zero error margin. Omron brand user friendly color touch screen PLC control panel allows to save 30 different cutting programs that each can have 50 cutting steps. Hydraulic top clamping and hexagonal vices are also available for bundle cutting.
