USED SUNNEN GGN-150

The Sunnen GGN-150 mandrel driver is a specialized tool used for sizing and finishing holes in conjunction with portable hones. Engineered for large bore honing applications, it accommodates an internal diameter (ID) range of 0.744 inches to 3.875 inches (19-98mm) and is suitable for bores 0.75 inches and up where the bore length is at least three times the diameter. The driver's overall length (OAL) is 12 inches for the entire piece or 5-3/4 inches not counting the black hinge. It requires any 1/2 inch or larger drill motor for operation, with a recommended RPM range of 275-450. The GGN-150 features a graduated adjustment knob for precisely advancing and retracting the honing stones, a quick-release lever for stone retraction, and spring-loaded adjustable cutting pressure. It is compatible with CR-, PL-, and ML-series hones and includes an eccentric sleeve (LN-0116A).
